Marco Masella
Its main activity in Palo Alto is focused on strategic development in a logic of constant attention and anticipation of emerging needs in the training market on the basis of changes linked to economic and industrial scenarios.
He is also a key-note speaker at an international level on issues related to the business world and the management of human capital at conferences, workshops, events and company meetings, as well as carrying out the usual strategic consultancy activity at an entrepreneurial and management level.

In the early 90s he obtained the certification of key note speaker at Disney University in Orlando and for several years he devoted himself to the construction and management of amusement parks. His role as COO for this multinational led him to know and work with different cultures.
He lived in the United States and Venezuela for a good part of his life. In 2001 he returned to his native country - Italy - and almost immediately came into contact with Scuola di Palo Alto, bringing a wave of multiculturalism and quickly becoming a point of reference for large-scale projects even outside the country.

Her main activity in Palo Alto is focused on strategic development in a logic of constant attention and anticipation of emerging needs in the training market on the basis of changes linked to economic and industrial scenarios. Since 2009 he has been in charge of the Assessment division of the Palo Alto School. In this capacity he is responsible, on the one hand, in supervising and coordinating all the processes related to the management of Profiles International products in Italy, offering his consultancy in the implementation of evaluation systems consistent with the corporate objectives and strategies and, from other, to manage the network of Italian and foreign partners, guaranteeing international validity and constant updating of the products used by the School.

Paola has been operating for 20 years in the field of Management Training and Consulting.
After her degree in Systemic Psychotherapy, she then extended her intervention to corporate organizational systems.
